Zahzah's Yin Den

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where we hold postures to release the body and quiet the mind. In my classes, I weave together guided meditation, music playlists that embody the theme, and intentional postures that let participants sink into stillness. It’s not just yoga — it’s a journey of reflection and reconnection. This practice helps people pause, breathe deeper, and carry more ease into their lives and communities.

At OVRHL, a Black and queer-owned sanctuary in Old Oakland, I guide Yin Yoga and Sultry Stretch classes that invite you to slow down, soften, and listen to the body’s quiet wisdom. These practices are a homecoming — long, intentional holds, breath as prayer, music as medicine, and movement as release. Together we create space for stillness, sensuality, and community care, where every body is honored and every soul is welcome.

Beyond the studio, I bring restorative wellness into boardrooms, living rooms, and virtual spaces. My corporate and online sessions weave meditation, music, and yin postures into an experience that grounds teams, restores balance, and nurtures resilience. Whether in-person with your company or streaming across screens, these offerings are a reminder that wellness belongs everywhere — in our work, in our homes, and in the fabric of our communities.
